Joanna Lumley fronts egg campaign
Farm animal welfare campaigner and actress Joanna Lumley is fronting Compassion in World Farming's latest egg campaign in the UK.
Appearing on BBC Breakfast and writing for The Independent on Sunday's lead story into our latest battery cage investigation, Joanna is asking the nation to join her in becoming "a free-range egg warrior."
"Battery cages are an outrage. But we can all help to consign them to the scrapbook of history. Let's all commit to buying only free range eggs," says Joanna. read more
